SHT-03Live detail · drag it

This is a real screen from a system we built.

A sauna contractor drags a corner; the wall area and the price move with it. Doors swing outward by default because a door that opens inward onto a hot bench is a safety problem, not a preference. Rough openings add themselves.

  • Drag a corner, area and price follow
  • Wall elevations, all at one scale
  • Door swing drawn, outward by default
  • Rough openings added automatically

SHT-04Project sheets

Four projects. Each one runs, right here.

Three CRMs on one proven core, and the moving company the studio also runs. Every card carries a working piece of its own system: real formulas, real rate cards, live on this page. Try them.

PRJ-01Wallpaper contracting

WallFlow

Our own CRM and operations platform for wallpaper contracting, live with paying customers. Its centre is a material engine: wall dimensions, pattern repeat, waste factor, and door and window deductions producing exact roll counts. The other two systems were forked from it.

  • Material engine
  • Client portal
  • Voice agent on inbound
  • Follow-up engine

PRJ-02Turnkey sauna building

Your Saunas

A custom CRM for a sauna builder, with a 2D planner that prices a room as you reshape it, wall elevations, inbound telephony, and deposits that land in the contractor's own Stripe account.

  • 2D planner and elevations
  • Caller card before the ring
  • Card and ACH deposits
  • Inventory and payouts

PRJ-03Car brokerage

Autobroker

A multi-tenant CRM for car brokers with one rule for what a deal made, written once in the application and once in SQL so the dashboard and the reports can never disagree.

  • Deal money model
  • Reports ledger
  • Encrypted credit applications
  • Lease milestone automation

PRJ-04Moving company

Easy Move Florida

The studio's own moving business in South Florida. The site quotes a move before anyone calls: crew rate, a three-hour minimum, a truck that scales with the crew, and stairs billed as time rather than a fee.

  • Instant quote wizard
  • WhatsApp lead flow
  • Three languages
  • Booking and reviews

SHT-05QA schedule

How we know it works.

These are facts about code, not claims about your revenue. Every figure below can be reproduced by running the test suite or counting the files.

Automated tests
2756
Across the three systems, all passing
Database migrations
399
Across the three systems
Guard tests
14
That read the source, not the output
Systems in production
3
Separate databases, one core

A guard test earns its place by failing first. Each one was run against the code that shipped the bug, and had to flag that code and nothing else before it was allowed in.

SHT-06Assembly sequence

Locked scope, one point of contact.

A website is 10 to 14 days. A custom system is a longer, deeper build, scoped before anything starts.

Read the full process
  1. 01Step 1

    Audit

We look at where the work actually leaks: the lead that waited, the quote nobody chased, the number typed twice.

  2. 02Step 2

    Draw

Scope locked in writing, priced before the build. Add-ons are re-quoted, never quietly absorbed.

  3. 03Step 3

    Build

Weekly review call, asynchronous between. You see the thing running, not a status update about it.

  4. 04Step 4

    Hand off

You own the code and the database. Training on video, kept for whoever joins next.

SHT-07Schedule of rates

What it costs, before you ask.

One ladder, published. Every build starts with the free audit, and nobody is asked for a number on a call that was not on this page first.

Eugene Romanov

Founder · on the tools

I run two businesses. I built the systems I sell.

I'm Eugene Romanov, founder of Orium Studios and WallFlow, the CRM I built and still run. A wallpaper company in Florida quotes its jobs on it. An auto brokerage in Staten Island runs its whole deal flow on the same core.

The person you talk to is the person on the tools. No templates, no offshore team, and nothing handed to someone you have never met.

  • Direct founder involvement
  • English and Russian
  • Three build slots a month

SHT-09General notes

Before you ask.

No. Most people start with one piece: a site, or an agent answering the phone, or the CRM. It is built so the next piece bolts on rather than replacing what you already paid for.

SHT-10Issued for construction

Start with the audit.

A short video walkthrough of where your lead flow leaks and what it would take to close it. Free, and there is no call afterwards unless you want one.

  • Where the lead flow leaks, walked the way a buyer walks it
  • The one fix worth doing first, and what it is costing to leave
  • What to automate first, and what is not worth automating yet
